The condi ons below have exclusive validity. Condi ons of the supplier that deviate are not recognised. Our condi ons are valid even if we accept delivery from the supplier without reserva ons with knowledge of condi ons of the supplier that conflict with or deviate from these condi ons. Our condi ons are also applicable to all future transac ons.

Place of fulfilment for all benefits from the contractual rela onship is the headquarters of the firm Oskar Nolte GmbH Lackfabrik.

German law is exclusively applied to this and all future contractual rela onships to the exclusion of the UN Conven on on Contracts for the Interna onal Sale of Goods (CISG).

For all disputes arising from the contractual rela onship or in connec on with the contractual rela onship the place of jurisdic on of Oskar Nolte GmbH Lackfabrik is agreed.

Should one of the condi ons above be or become ineffec ve, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
