Management

The company was founded by Mr. Oskar Nolte and has been run by the Puehse family since the 1970s. In 1992 Mr. Guido Puehse took over management and had a tremendous impact on the operations. Due to his fast, responsive and innovative style, Oskar Nolte has a track record of supporting its customers in an unparalleled way, resulting in a history of growth and continuous development.

With a focus in defining and implementing a strategy aimed at significant growth, Dr. Arne Deussen took over the CEO role in 2016. He runs all sales and admin activities. In 2019, Guido Schweizer took over the COO/CTO role and is responsible for technical matters.
